Question 01
Is this for adults, or can kids use it too?
The line work is drawn for adults — fine detail, slow evenings, pen and quiet — but it isn't fragile. Older kids and shared tables use it comfortably, especially the Standard edition. If you're colouring with a younger child, the Mini is the easiest starting point; if you're colouring for yourself, every tier reads cleanly at adult pace.
Question 02
Can I print double-sided?
Print double-sided if your printer flips on the long edge— that's the option labelled “long-edge flip” in most printer dialogs. The other option, short edge, mirrors the back of every page and makes the line work unreadable, so if short edge is the only duplex option in your menu, print single-sided instead. The full note on this sits on the how-to-print page.
Question 03
Do I need a special printer?
Any home inkjet or laser that prints US Letter (8.5 × 11") or A4 (210 × 297 mm) will do — both page sizes are baked into every PDF. Nothing about the line work needs a wide-format printer, photo paper, or special ink. Twenty-pound copy paper is fine for a first sitting; move up to 24–32 lb / 90–120 gsm if you plan to use markers or heavy pencils.
Question 04
What if my download link expires or the email never arrived?
It never expires, and neither does the email — but if the link is missing or never arrived, paste the address you used at checkout into the re-download page and we'll show the same PDF link we sent after purchase. If we can't find the order there — maybe you paid with a different address — write to us at slowmorning-press@polsia.app and we'll re-send it by hand.
Question 05
Do you offer refunds?
Because the file is delivered instantly, we don't offer refunds on downloads — but the link is yours forever, and we'll re-send it any time it goes missing. If something is actually wrong with the file (missing page, blank plate, content you didn't expect), write to us at slowmorning-press@polsia.app and we'll fix it or refund you; we'd rather make it right than argue the policy.
Question 06
Will more themes be added?
Yes — seasonal editions ship throughout the year, and the editorial calendar runs in roughly the same pattern: a shoreline set in autumn, a woodland set in spring, a garden set in midsummer. Existing buyers hear about new editions first, by email, before anything is posted publicly.
Question 07
Can I gift a PDF to someone else?
Yes. Either forward the email we sent and the recipient redeems the link themselves, or write to us at slowmorning-press@polsia.app with their address and we'll send the PDF directly to them with a short note from you. The re-download page works for the recipient too, so a lost-forwarded link isn't a problem.
Question 08
Is this a subscription, or a one-time purchase?
One-time purchase. You buy the file once, you keep it forever, no fee, no renewal, no auto-charge. New seasonal editions (Autumn Shoreline, Woodland Walks, the garden set in summer) are separate, optional purchases when they ship — never a subscription renewal.
